What is Oracle?
FTA Law’s Oracle Service is a monthly Employment and HR service which provides support to any business whether in the dental industry or otherwise.
Oracle includes the drafting of employment contracts, self-employed agreements, a Staff Handbook as well as advising you on any employment matters including change of terms and conditions, redundancy procedure, grievance and disciplinaries and many more topics.
There are two packages: Standard and Premium. The Standard package includes everything listed above, and the Premium includes all of these plus additional services such as locum agreements, casual worker contracts and TUPE Advice.

You will receive monthly employment updates to your email on any changes that we think may be beneficial for you to know.
